LEXINGTON

The Lexington project entails converting the second story of a two story brewery to a state of the art, climate-controlled self-storage facility. We will be installing a passenger elevator which involves the demolition and reconstruction of structural components. The storage footprint will be roughly 33,000 square feet. The conversion of the upsairst will take place while the brewery, Bull City Cider, remains in full operation. This will be a tricky task but we are up for the challenge.
