We couldn't be more proud of this build - It was a successfully completed state-of-the-art, ground-up self-storage development located right next to an existing facility. This project presented us with a unique set of challenges but our team rose to the occasion! By pouring countless hours and carefully navigating the budget, we were able to design and construct a facility that meet the investor’s needs and allowed them to exit with a substantial ROI.
