This project is a mixed-use building that now has a large section parceled off that was converted into new climate-controlled self-storage. We couldn't be more thrilled to have this property in our portfolio! The idea of mixed-use buildings is on the rise and adapting unused space to something new and profitable is one way to keep up with the changing times. The project required an understanding of zoning laws and building codes, and we are confident that our team can handle the challenges.
